In brief: message editor

To be ready for distribution (by a survey coordinator), messages should be pre-published, i.e. made available in a shared messages library on the survey platform.

A message editor drafts emails and short text messages on the survey platform. Once translated ans shared with WPSS, messages will be used by the study coordinator to invite panelists to a survey or to send reminders and follow-up messages as desired.
